CBD Gallery presents Tails, a group show exploring the independent freedom of the horse.

The horse, symbolising vitality, perseverance, and freedom, holds deep significance in Chinese culture while also resonating within the Australian context as a marker of landscape, labour, and collective memory.

Bringing these narratives together, the exhibition draws on the untamed spirit of the Year of the Horse to explore varying animals, movement, and ideas of energy and independence as we leap boldly into 2026.
