Radiant Fields Exhibition Concept
11th - 27th April 2024
Our desires and notions of need become apparent as we explore concepts of beauty and warmth while also confronting our traumatic pasts. By forging ahead into the natural environment, we start seeing truer versions of ourselves. This creates new beginnings where we can mend the divide between our outer selves and the inner self. By utilising different styles and concepts, these four abstract artists explore the different avenues of the human journey, which plays with our emotions, senses, and perceptions.
When exploring that perfect balance, we start to delve deeper into the world's senses. This forces us to create more meaningful connections to the greater world, and we start to question what truly balances chaos and order. Using different mediums such as muslin, oil, acrylic, and oil pastel, these four artists are reevaluating a world that continues to evolve, which will help us rediscover the many complexities that define humanity. They recreate these journeys using a wide range of colours, from soft hues of pink to depict tranquillity to vibrant greens that take us into the natural world.
We start seeing more colours that we otherwise ignore or take for granted, and our distorted view starts to reveal itself and bring new meaning. We finally see the vibrance and splendour as we journey through fields that are abundant and filled with warmth. Humanity can finally understand the natural world and can now coexist after reaching true balance. We suddenly find enlightenment in the great universal powers that govern each individual.
